Lupa Supermercados contributes with its photovoltaic installation to avoid the emission of 14,944.5 kg of CO2 into the atmosphere

We are currently in a situation in which we are convinced that we can emerge stronger and more united than ever. The union is a value that strengthens our society, makes it more supportive and therefore leads us to carry out actions for the common good, such as developing sustainable actions.

Lupa Supermercados part of Semark Ac Group., a Spanish company dedicated to food distribution, contributes with its 74.4 kWp photovoltaic self-consumption installation to avoid the emission of 14,944.5 kg of CO2 into the atmosphere.

Following its environmental policy and the search for more efficient alternatives to carry out its activity in an environmentally friendly way, Semark Ac Group SA trusted in Prosolia Energy to develop and build a photovoltaic installation on the roof of its Lupa center in Aranda de Duero (Burgos, Spain).

This photovoltaic project, which has already been completed, has 248 modules of 300 W each one.
